A beneficiary of Tunku's benevolence on citizenship?

There must be a reason why the above is being forwarded in the internet.

Was it because of Dr. Mahathir's own secrecy of his roots? Or was it because he has been too vocal over Malay rights, especially when he is just a constitutional one rather than by race? Having been PM for 22 years, he is still jealously concerned about who should be PM! Anybody else would have considered himself lucky to have been there and done that, and be contented with the wealth accumulated.
